Warranty and returns

1. Warranty.
Warranty for the crystals is two years from date of purchase.

2. Return of products
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with the gold-plated costume jewellery purchased in our store. In any case, you have the option to abandon the products purchased within 14 days from the date of purchase.

To use the option to return the product, you need to fill in a return slip. The return slip shall be filled in in any format on A4 paper and contain your name, surname, date of purchase, name of the product and cause of return. You can send the copy of the return slip to the e-mail address eva@evariga.com, but the original copy and returned product shall be sent to our store or delivered in person.

The returned product shall not be used or damaged. It shall be in the original packaging with undamaged marking. The product shall not show visual and technical defects or signs of use.

Accepting your letter of abandonment, www.evariga.com undertakes to submit written response to your letter under statutory deadlines and order.

Please take into consideration that if the product was purchased from the store in person (at the permanent point of sale), you do not have the right to abandon your purchase.
